Buyers always enjoy getting a feel for a new home before entering into a “formal” relationship with a real estate agent.  It makes sense.  People can house-hunt at home, talk to their spouse and family about what’s available, and have a good idea of what they’re looking for before contacting a Realtor.

We pay for the home videos we produce for our YouTube channel and for social media.  These aren’t junky videos made by somebody with a cell phone camera.  They’re very nice and professionally produced video home tours that really present the homes at their best.

Our home seller clients really love the fact that we’ll take that extra step in getting their homes in front of qualified buyers.  And buyers appreciate the time and effort we go to to give them an awesome visual of so many of our area’s affordable homes.

We don’t focus only on Fort Smith.  In many cases we shoot professional videos of our listings in other communities like Greenwood, Alma, Lavaca, Van Buren and others.

The world we live in is a very visual world – and it should be, with all the awesome technology that allows us to instantly access images and videos.  And as everybody knows, YouTube is THE place for videos.  And it’s also the place for marketing and showcasing homes.  In fact, it’s the best place we can think of.
