Fianna Hills

Tree-lined streets in this serene neighborhood are filled with many lovely homes including some built in the Tudor style.  Enjoy golf and gatherings at the Fianna Hills Country Club.  Easy access to I-540 and all of Fort Smith.

Sebastian Hills

Pride of ownership is clearly felt in one of the more traditional Fort Smith neighborhoods.  Located near schools and shopping, Sebastian Hills is a good place to put down some roots.

Riley Farm

Singles, couples and families thrive in this growing community launched in the early 2000s.  Offering true Southern living at its best, the Riley Farm area is lush with trees and has easy highway access for travel in and out of Fort Smith.

Williamson Place

Brick and stone facades are hallmarks of the homes in one of Fort Smith’s newest developments.  The number of available homes is limited, but with no heavy traffic or thoroughfares, Williamson Place is an ideal place for active children.

Hillcrest

Begun in the 1930s, Hillcrest is one of Fort Smith’s oldest and most traditional neighborhoods.  Sweeping front porches on many of these cottage-style homes harkens one back to “the good old days.”  Large lots are an additional benefit.

Park Hill

More hometown character can be found in Park Hill, located just across the road from Hillcrest.  Century-old trees form the backdrop to living in this community’s variety of home styles and sizes, many of them built from 1940 to 1960.

Millennium

Here’s an ideal community for first-time homebuyers or others seeking attractive home prices.  Adjacent to popular Ben Geren Park, residents enjoy golf, a fitness course, a kids’ playground and a soccer field with easy access to anywhere they want to go in Fort Smith.

Stoneshire

A newer offering among Fort Smith neighborhoods, Stoneshire homes reflect the European style with brick and stone facades, tall ceilings, granite countertops and other pleasing amenities.  Rolling hills surround the area with plenty of walking, biking, hiking and shopping close by.

Cisterna Villa

Single- and multi-story homes in several livable floor plans dot the landscape of Cisterna Villa, which broke ground in the late 2000s.  If you detect the feel of an Italian Villa in the home designs, it might be because the development was named for Cisterna di Latina, Italy, our sister city.

Reata

Another new and bustling community, Reata features homes with a variety of size and style choices and a blend of contemporary and European architectural flair.  This moderately priced development provides plenty of local activities as well as fast access to all of Fort Smith.
